Neon Velocity

Neon Velocity is pure arcade racing joy. There's no pretense of simulation here — you drift, you boost, you clip the perfect line through a neon tunnel and feel like a genius. The tracks loop through night cities that look great even on an older phone.

Tilt steering is the star, and it's tuned well. If you hate motion controls there's a touch option, but I stuck with tilt after the first race because the drifting feels so natural. Boost management is the real skill: hold it too long and you overcook a corner.

The career mode is a bit thin and repeats track layouts more than I'd like. But for quick races when you want a hit of speed, few mobile games nail the feel this cleanly.
